OUR RETURN POLICY
Due to the natural ingredients in our soaps and shampoo bars and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that are completely unused!
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return label via email at sales@acquaforno.com
To request a return label, simply email us at sales@acquaforno.com. Once your request is received, we will email you a PDF shipping label.
Please follow these steps:
1. Print the label.
2. Pack the item securely in a box, removing any old labels.
3. Seal the box well and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in their original, untouched condition. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. If you have any questions or need support with your return, don’t hesitate to reach out: sales@acquaforno.com
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $38.00. Orders under $38.00 will incur a flat rate of $5.95 for standard U.S. shipping.
Expedited 2-day shipping is available within the U.S. for a flat rate of $15.00.
Shipping to Canada is available for a flat rate of $19.00. Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and local taxes.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders placed before 12 PM PST Monday–Friday are typically shipped same or next business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
